Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NeuroCurve, operated by Kilgore Consulting Group, LLC (“NeuroCurve,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the NeuroCurve mobile app, website, support services, and related features.

Information we process

• Account information: email address, name or profile information, Firebase user identifier, authentication status, and account settings.
• Session and wellness information: habit labels, urge or response-session timing, durations, notes, progress patterns, and information you choose to provide for personalized features.
• User content: messages, support requests, community content, photos, videos, or audio that you choose to upload or share.
• Subscription information: products purchased, subscription and entitlement status, renewal or expiration information, transaction identifiers, and purchase history. Apple processes payment details; NeuroCurve does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Device, usage, and diagnostics: device and app identifiers, app-instance identifiers, push-notification token, product interactions, crash or performance data, and approximate/coarse location that may be inferred by analytics or attribution services.
• Advertising and attribution information: privacy-limited device or app identifiers and purchase or usage events used to measure campaign performance, subject to your device settings and applicable permission requirements.

How we use information

• Provide authentication, session tracking, NeuroChart, NeuroCoach, notifications, community, support, and subscription access.
• Generate personalized estimates of a next likely urge or response window from your recorded activity.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability.
• Measure app usage, subscription performance, and advertising attribution.
• Comply with legal, accounting, and App Store obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf, including Apple for App Store purchases; Google Firebase for authentication, databases, storage, messaging, and analytics; RevenueCat for subscription management; Meta for privacy-limited advertising measurement; Expo for app services; hosting and infrastructure providers such as Vercel and Netlify; and AI service providers used to generate NeuroCoach responses. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices as well as our agreements with them.

Tracking, advertising, and sale of data

NeuroCurve does not sell personal information. We may share limited identifiers, usage events, purchase events, and coarse location information with analytics or attribution providers to measure advertising and app performance. Where Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is required, the app requests permission before accessing data covered by that framework. You can change tracking permissions in iOS Settings.

Data retention and deletion

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. You can request account deletion from Account Settings inside NeuroCurve. You may also contact us. Deletion removes or de-identifies account data under our control, although Apple purchase records and information that must be retained by law may remain.

Your choices

• Manage notification and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
• Access, correct, or delete account information through the app or by contacting us.

Children

NeuroCurve is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

Health and wellness notice

NeuroCurve is a behavioral tracking and wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date on this page.
