NeuroCurve (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the NeuroCurve mobile application (the “App”).

Usage Data: interactions with app features, session duration, and progress tracking information.

Optional Data You Provide: notes, inputs, or other personal entries related to your use of the App.

Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s functionality.

Your information may be stored and processed by reputable third-party services (e.g., Firebase). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, as well as to object to or restrict certain processing.

Communications: You can opt out of non-essential emails by following unsubscribe links or contacting us.

6) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

7) International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8) Region-Specific Disclosures

European Economic Area/UK (GDPR): You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of certain data “sharing.” We do not sell your personal information.

9) Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the App.
